With professional qualifications in Civil Engineering and post-graduation in Environmental Management from institutes of repute. He has over 25 years of experience, of which over 15 years of his service has been with consulting/audit majors Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and DNV in national, regional and global leadership roles. Rajib is in possession of sound and balanced understanding of both consulting and assurance/audit services of his areas of expertise. Rajib has drafted various white papers, some of which have eventually shaped up in national policies. His views and thoughts on his areas of expertise are often published by prominent and leading print media in India and abroad. He is often invited by various industry, government, UN and professional organizations in India and abroad for thought leadership/policy development events. Rajib is a member of various national and international forums, inclusive of UN organizations. For some national panels that have been formed by the nodal national standards development body of India, The Bureau of Indian Standards, Rajib, in his role as a convener/core drafting team has been entrusted with the responsibility of developing the Indian Non-Financial Assurance Standards (IS 26002) for audit of non-financial matters; and the Indian CSR Standard (IS 26001). Anjali Malhotra is a Partner- Regulatory at Nangia & Co LLP, with over 22+ years of total experience in regulatory domain, including a decade of her experience dedicated to the Industry.  She carries an extensive experience in providing structuring and implementation assistance for employee incentive and reward scheme, transaction documentation. In addition, she has worked on vetting shareholders / Foreign collaboration & Joint Venture (“JV”) agreements, JV negotiations, Takeovers, Due Diligence & identifying concerns relating to corporate law, employment and industrial laws and other regulatory issues. With a focus on corporate laws and regulatory frameworks, Anjali has been instrumental in guiding clients through complex processes such as mergers, acquisitions, and amalgamations and to determine the level of compliance and threats to an Indian Company including obtaining regulatory approvals, licenses, clarifications/dispensation from various regulatory authorities as may be required for undertaking business activities in India in regulatory compliant manner which include approvals from, Securities Exchange Board of India, Stock Exchanges, Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Regional Director, Company Law Board under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Laws. Anjali’s extensive repertoire also extends to the vetting of shareholders, foreign collaboration, and joint venture agreements. She excels in JV negotiations, takeovers, and due diligence processes, deftly identifying concerns pertaining to corporate law, employment regulations, industrial laws, and other regulatory intricacies with respect to entry & exit of establishment, funding & repatriation board & shareholders governance.

Vishnu has an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Law. He has over 23 years of extensive work experience in developing successful businesses, directing sales, and running businesses in a variety of consulting and implementation fields. He has worked with a number of government clients in the fields of information technology, system integration, application development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure advisory, smart cities, governance, and skill development, among others.

Vishnu has managed projects funded by the World Bank, DfID, state governments, and the Government of India in various Indian states, as well as with the Government of Nepal. Vishnu has a wealth of experience developing procurement strategies for a variety of government clients.

Vishnu has previously worked on flagship programmes such as JNNURM, e-District, CCTNS, Smart City Mission, NSDC, etc.

Pankaj is a Partner with the firm and has 20+ years of working experience out of which 16+ Years are with Big-4 (PwC and KPMG) and 4 years with IBM. Pankaj holds PGPEX (1 year Full time MBA) from IIM Kolkata and Electrical Engineering from MITS Gwalior. Pankaj has demonstrated experience in Digital Strategy and Management Advisory, Business process re-engineering, Sourcing and Bid process management, Data Analytics, Infrastructure and Project Management for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Pankaj has also worked with Central and State Government and other sectors like automobile, entertainment, retail, pharma & others. Pankaj has worked with leading financial services firms in the country- Bank (SBI, BOB, Kotak Mahindra, PSB, Central Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Allahabad Bank & others), Capital markets (SBI Cap Securities, Arihant capital), Insurance (SBI Life, PNB Max life, Max Bupa, Oriental Insurance & others), NBFC’s (PNB Housing finance, IREDA, NEDFi & others), NSDL, SBI Capital market and others. Pankaj has extensive Global experience in SAARC (Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Srilanka), Middle east (Kuwait, Bahrain, Dubai, Oman), South Africa, Europe and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia). Pankaj has worked with Ministry of Women and Child, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and Ministry of Environment and Forest. Pankaj also led State eGovernance mission team for J&K. Pankaj has led projects with BHEL, EIL, GAIL, Dish TV, Honda Siel and others.
