Nitin is Partner for International Tax and Transfer Pricing at Nangia & Co LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant (qualified in May 2002) and completed his LL.B. in 2015. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.
He possesses rich professional experience of more than 16 years post qualification and more than 13 years in handling International Tax and Transfer Pricing matters of domestic/ multinational enterprises. Since 2005, he has been involved in various transfer pricing assignments, including Local TP documentation and Compliances, Master File and Country-by-Country Report, Global TP documentation, APAs, MAPs, Representation at the Tax Office at various levels, Business Restructuring, Implementation of Tax-effective supply chain structures, Profit attribution analyses, Fin 48 analysis, Implementation of global cross charge mechanism, TP Planning analyses, etc.
Nitin has also handled litigation for many companies and has successfully represented his clients at the level of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and Dispute Resolution Panel. He has also assisted various Legal Counsels in High Court and other Legal matters.
Nitin has worked across various a wide spectrum of industries like Oil & Gas, IT/ ITeS, Automotive, Pharma, FMCG, Chemicals/ Ink, EPC, Soga-sosha, Sourcing Support, Industrial Products, Consumer Durables, etc.
Prior to joining Nangia & Co LLP, he has worked Ernst & Young and Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Tax and Regulatory Services in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing teams. His experience also includes a One and Half year secondment to Ernst & Young US, Atlanta, Georgia.
Nitin has been a speaker at various tax conferences and forums on Transfer Pricing. He has also contributed to various articles on transfer pricing and international tax matters.

Sachin possesses seventeen years of extensive professional experience in handling corporate and international tax matters of domestic and multi-national enterprises. Isha Gupta is the Director, Healthcare, at Nangia Healthcare Managed Services that provides staffing and a suite of advisory and consulting solutions to healthcare, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic and medical technology firms and related industries globally.
She specializes in liaising with the international/overseas medical and healthcare clients in order to identify and address their requirements through various offerings of NHMS from India. She has been involved with NHMS operations and strategy for over a year and has helped this arm build capabilities and expand capacity to meet ever-growing international requirements within medical and healthcare verticals. She integrates NHMS’s Indian operations with its global healthcare market across countries.
Previously, Isha holds over five years work-experience with a research and consulting company called, The Smart Cube, India, where she worked closely with many global Pharmaceutical and Healthcare companies. Her key areas of expertise were to study new product and technology innovations encompassing market research analysis and provide successful actionable pricing and marketing strategies for the clients. She has also helped some startups in the FMCG export industry and Interior Design Companies strategize content and offerings to drive business development for domestic and international clients.
At a personal level, she runs an e-commerce company called Blingg as she passionately feels about fashion and accessories to accentuate daily lifestyle. She uses various technology platforms to sell fast-moving fashion jewelry and accessories for men and women under this brand in her free time. She also feels strongly about fitness and a healthy lifestyle and hence practices yoga regularly and other physical fitness routines. She is a big foodie and loves to cook varied cuisines for her twins.
Isha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from IILM, Lodhi Road, India; and a Bachelors in Mathematics Honors from prestigious Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University, India. She specialized in accounting and mathematics disciplines at a prominent senior school, The Mother’s International School, Delhi, India.
Asgar Naqvi is a Mechanical Engineer, MBA and a certified PPP and Project Management Professional
He has over 18 years of experience of working with Infrastructure projects. Viz. Urban Infrastructure (Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste Management), Industrial Infrastructure (Industrial Parks, Food Parks, Leather Parks, Plastic Parks, Clusters, Investment Promotion). He has also been instrumental in projects for ports, waterways, tourism etc
Asgar has extensive experience in conceptualizing & detailing PPP, DBOOT, BOOT, EPC, Service Contracts and Management Contract structuring for large scale infrastructure projects. He is also well conversant with Indian and International environmental codes & practices, CPHEEO Guidelines and Norms, BIS & ASME Codes
In the past he has worked with flagship Government of India Programs like JnNURM, UIDSSMT, National Mission for Clean Ganga, Smart Cities, Sagarmala, Jal Jeevan Mission, Swachch Bharat Mission etc
He has also worked with multilateral and bilateral funded projects like World Bank, ADB, USAID, USTDA, JICA. He has worked extensively across various states in India and with Government of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Malaysia and Canada.
Currently Asgar heads the infrastructure consulting business with the firm as part of the Government Advisory team.
