Kapil’s experience traverses large scale technology transformation initiatives and innovative solutions for banks, insurance companies, corporates, financial institutions and government organisations. He has extensive experience in crafting IT & digital strategies for many large banks, insurance companies & financial institutions. He has also spearheaded end to end technology transformation for many large enterprises. Kapil is a PMP, Prince2 Practitioner and TOGAF9 Certified professional with expertise in Business Architecture, IS Architecture, Infrastructure/ Technology Consulting, Pre-Sales and Product Management. Kapil is also adept in handling Product Management activities including, strategizing, scoping, planning, finalization of specifications, IT Architecture, competitive positioning & Vendor Negotiations. A seasoned industry leader, Kapil has the acumen to effect transformational change in large organisations, especially by employing technology as a key enabler. Kapil has been a speaker at different industry events on themes connected with digital transformation, evolving digital trends in banking, the emergence of artificial intelligence & machine learning, and trends in IT during Covid 19, amongst others. He has additionally led various workshops for the senior management of his clients. Kapil pursued a PhD in Data Analytics, MBA (Finance) & B. Tech (CSE).

Jaspreet has over 16 years of experience in statutory audits and IFRS diagnostics / conversions of Non-banking finance companies (NBFCs), Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, manufacturing companies, leasing companies, infrastructure companies, hospitality sector companies, venture capital, private equity and investment advisory companies. Prior to joining us, Jaspreet was working with Ernst & Young for 13 years in their member firm in India. He has successfully lead and managed various capital market transactions / fund raisings for clients including IPOs, global capital raisings (MTN program), bond issuance, QIPs, FCCBs, retail bond issuances and so on. Over his professional life, he has successfully advised clients from all business and economic sectors, domestic and foreign, with complex financial accounting and auditing issues such as Ind-AS and IFRS conversions, USGAAP Accounting, due diligences, IFC implementation and Data analytics. He has led the merger and de-merger of the India’s largest financial services conglomerate as well as the submission of information memorandum to stock exchange for listing of the financial services arm.

Prateek is a Partner in the firm in the audit and assurance practice. He has professional experience of more than 14 years. Prior to joining Nangia & Co LLP, Prateek was working as Director- Audit and Assurance with Ernst & Young in their member firm in India. Earlier, he also worked with Deloitte in Audit and Assurance division. He possesses rich experience in the field of auditing and assurance Services and has been associated with various engagements for assurance services on various industries primarily in Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Power, Technology and Infrastructure. His areas of expertise encompass Statutory Audits, Ind- AS implementations and conversions, IFRS reviews and conversions, Risk Advisory, Investigations and Special Audits, Tax Audits, Data analytics and peer group benchmarking. Over his professional, he has successfully advised clients from all business and economic sectors, domestic and foreign, with complex financial accounting and auditing issues such as Public offers, Ind-AS and IFRS conversions, Fraud Investigations, IFC implementation, Data analytics and Peer group benchmarking.
