Mr. Satyajit Rao Vagval a is a Governance, Public Policy & Social Development professional with over 25 years of experience of working governments. He has worked extensively in sectors like governance & public policy, administrative reforms, energy, agriculture, surface transportation, municipal administration, rural development, revenue, eGovernance and information technology.

He has worked with Promoters, Board Directors, CXOs, HODs on corporate governance, business risk and operational performance improvement, cost savings and productivity enhancements, Enterprise risk management (ERM), Assurance. He has successfully collaborated with teams and clients in India, Mexico (Latin America), UK, USA, Oman, UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait. “

Anusha Jain

Anusha has done her MBA from IIM Lucknow and Bachelors in Information Technology from University of Delhi. She has more than 17 years of work experience in management and digital consultancy involving technology, strategy and process aspects in client facing role primarily in BFSI domain. Her expertise is to perform end to end digital transformation in organizations in both public and private sector involving IT Strategy and Roadmap Development, Business Process Reengineering, consulting clients on emerging technology, undergoing bid process management and heading Program Management Unit. Anusha has extensive consulting experience in Fintech domain especially in lending, insurance (InsureTech) and payment sector. She is a digital payment SME and provides consulting to organizations (Government of India, banks, PSPs) on emerging trends in digital payments, developing payment strategies and designing payment gateway among others.

Takahiro Akagawa

Takahiro Akagawa serves as the Director of the Japanese Business Desk at Nangia & Co LLP, where he facilitates communication and identifies the needs of Japanese companies and firms. With a focus on ensuring seamless and high-quality services, Takahiro prioritizes effective communication with Japanese clients and stakeholders.

Originally from Hokkaido, Japan, Takahiro holds a bachelor’s degree in political science-Public Law from Northern Illinois University, and a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Governance Studies at Meiji University.

With over 15 years of experience, Takahiro has a rich background in government and research. He served in the Japanese Diet as a secretary to members of both Houses and was a key member of the official visit delegation accompanying Prime Minister Obuchi to the US and Russia. Additionally, Takahiro spent six years at the Tokyo Foundation, where he worked as a research fellow and project manager. He has also authored a book on Japanese municipal government.

Since joining Nangia & Co LLP, Takahiro has been actively involved in projects with Japanese companies, leveraging his expertise and experience to facilitate successful collaborations and partnerships.
