She carries an extensive experience in providing structuring and implementation assistance for employee incentive and reward scheme, transaction documentation. In addition, she has worked on vetting shareholders / Foreign collaboration & Joint Venture (“JV”) agreements, JV negotiations, Takeovers, Due Diligence & identifying concerns relating to corporate law, employment and industrial laws and other regulatory issues. With a focus on corporate laws and regulatory frameworks, Anjali has been instrumental in guiding clients through complex processes such as mergers, acquisitions, and amalgamations and to determine the level of compliance and threats to an Indian Company including obtaining regulatory approvals, licenses, clarifications/dispensation from various regulatory authorities as may be required for undertaking business activities in India in regulatory compliant manner which include approvals from, Securities Exchange Board of India, Stock Exchanges, Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Regional Director, Company Law Board under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Laws. Anjali’s extensive repertoire also extends to the vetting of shareholders, foreign collaboration, and joint venture agreements. She excels in JV negotiations, takeovers, and due diligence processes, deftly identifying concerns pertaining to corporate law, employment regulations, industrial laws, and other regulatory intricacies with respect to entry & exit of establishment, funding & repatriation board & shareholders governance.
