Amit possesses extensive expertise in advising clients on transfer pricing structuring, transfer pricing valuations (including intangible valuations and has executed various projects involving IP structuring, TESCM (Transactional Net Margin Method), intra-group cost allocations, and the implementation of global transfer pricing policies. He has undertaken various profit attribution analysis, Fin 48 analysis, and developed cost allocation and apportionment models. He possesses a wide range of expertise in resolving Transfer Pricing disputes across multiple appellate forums, including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Dispute Resolution Panel, and Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals). Furthermore, he has successfully aided multinational corporations in settling conflicts through both the Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) Proceedings.
