Isha Gupta is the Director, Healthcare, at Nangia Healthcare Managed Services that provides staffing and a suite of advisory and consulting solutions to healthcare, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic and medical technology firms and related industries globally.

She specializes in liaising with the international/overseas medical and healthcare clients in order to identify and address their requirements through various offerings of NHMS from India. She has been involved with NHMS operations and strategy for over a year and has helped this arm build capabilities and expand capacity to meet ever-growing international requirements within medical and healthcare verticals. She integrates NHMS’s Indian operations with its global healthcare market across countries. 

Previously, Isha holds over five years work-experience with a research and consulting company called, The Smart Cube, India, where she worked closely with many global Pharmaceutical and Healthcare companies. Her key areas of expertise were to study new product and technology innovations encompassing market research analysis and provide successful actionable pricing and marketing strategies for the clients. She has also helped some startups in the FMCG export industry and Interior Design Companies strategize content and offerings to drive business development for domestic and international clients. 

At a personal level, she runs an e-commerce company called Blingg as she passionately feels about fashion and accessories to accentuate daily lifestyle. She uses various technology platforms to sell fast-moving fashion jewelry and accessories for men and women under this brand in her free time. She also feels strongly about fitness and a healthy lifestyle and hence practices yoga regularly and other physical fitness routines. She is a big foodie and loves to cook varied cuisines for her twins. 

Isha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from IILM, Lodhi Road, India; and a Bachelors in Mathematics Honors from prestigious Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University, India. She specialized in accounting and mathematics disciplines at a prominent senior school, The Mother’s International School, Delhi, India.
