Qualification:

Master’s in Business Administration with 4-5 Years of relevant experience (In Business Development & Client Coordination)

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
  • Evaluates existing clients and BD efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
  • Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and growth.
  • Researches and identifies new markets

Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum experience of 4-5 years in Business Development sector . Experience of working with consulting firms will be preferred
  • Negotiation skills, Lead generation and management experience
  • Proficiency in secondary research techniques with a strategic mindset
  • Strong ability to organize, plan, and priorities, adaptable, open to change, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve systems, processes, and methods
  • Should have strong communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment where flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential.
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
