Prior to joining Nangia & Co LLP, Prateek was working as Director- Audit and Assurance with Ernst & Young in their member firm in India. Earlier, he also worked with Deloitte in Audit and Assurance division. He possesses rich experience in the field of auditing and assurance Services and has been associated with various engagements for assurance services on various industries primarily in Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Power, Technology and Infrastructure. His areas of expertise encompass Statutory Audits, Ind- AS implementations and conversions, IFRS reviews and conversions, Risk Advisory, Investigations and Special Audits, Tax Audits, Data analytics and peer group benchmarking. Over his professional, he has successfully advised clients from all business and economic sectors, domestic and foreign, with complex financial accounting and auditing issues such as Public offers, Ind-AS and IFRS conversions, Fraud Investigations, IFC implementation, Data analytics and Peer group benchmarking.

Nitin is Partner for International Tax and Transfer Pricing at Nangia & Co LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant (qualified in May 2002) and completed his LL.B. in 2015. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. Sachin is a Partner at Nangia & Co LLP. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 with an all India Rank. Sachin possesses seventeen years of extensive professional experience in handling corporate and international tax matters of domestic and multi-national enterprises. Asgar Naqvi

Asgar Naqvi is a Mechanical Engineer, MBA and a certified PPP and Project Management Professional He has over 18 years of experience of working with Infrastructure projects. Viz. Urban Infrastructure (Water, Wastewater, Solid Waste Management), Industrial Infrastructure (Industrial Parks, Food Parks, Leather Parks, Plastic Parks, Clusters, Investment Promotion). He has also been instrumental in projects for ports, waterways, tourism etc Asgar has extensive experience in conceptualizing & detailing PPP, DBOOT, BOOT, EPC, Service Contracts and Management Contract structuring for large scale infrastructure projects. He is also well conversant with Indian and International environmental codes & practices, CPHEEO Guidelines and Norms, BIS & ASME Codes In the past he has worked with flagship Government of India Programs like JnNURM, UIDSSMT, National Mission for Clean Ganga, Smart Cities, Sagarmala, Jal Jeevan Mission, Swachch Bharat Mission etc He has also worked with multilateral and bilateral funded projects like World Bank, ADB, USAID, USTDA, JICA. He has worked extensively across various states in India and with Government of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Malaysia and Canada. Currently Asgar heads the infrastructure consulting business with the firm as part of the Government Advisory team.
