He possesses more than 12 years of experience in Indirect Taxes. He has been assisting various Multinational and Domestic clients, across various industries, in resolving various Indirect Tax issues. His key competencies include structuring of Engineering, Procurement and Construction/ Commissioning contracts, providing litigation support/ representing clients before various Judicial levels, conducting Health Check reviews, conducting Due Diligence reviews, assisting clients in audits conducted by various Authorities, tax refund/ rebate matters for various BPOs/ EOUs/ exporters etc.

Over his professional life, he has successfully advised clients from all business and economic sectors, domestic and foreign, with complex financial accounting and auditing issues such as Ind-AS and IFRS conversions, USGAAP Accounting, due diligences, IFC implementation and Data analytics.
He has led the merger and de-merger of the India’s largest financial services conglomerate as well as the submission of information memorandum to stock exchange for listing of the financial services arm.
