Responsibilities:

  • 3-4 years of UI and graphic design experience with robust experience in website designs, motion design, visuals and creative graphics for a wide range of activities (like social media marketing, infographics, newsletters, Knowledge Reports, case studies, Brochures, banners, videos, GIFs, documents, sales and marketing collateral, direct mail campaigns, announcements, and special projects)
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
  • Designing Proposals, presentations and documents as per firm’s Brand Guidelines
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new design perspectives, ideas, and style guides for particular campaigns.
  • Preparing short motion graphic videos using After Effects for the firm
  • Strong communication skills- Good written and verbal communication skills and flair for new media; ability to provide efficient, timely, deliverables.
  • Effectively distils and presents information for internal and external audiences, often under tight timeframes.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After effects, Premiere Pro and similar design programs
  • Strong understanding of MS Power point and Word
