Qualification:
Master’s in business administration with 2-3 Years of relevant experience (In Business Development & Client Coordination)Roles and Responsibility:
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Evaluates existing clients and BD efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
- Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and growth.
- Researches and identifies new markets
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in Business Development sector . Experience of working with consulting firms will be preferred
- Negotiation skills, Lead generation and management experience
- Proficiency in secondary research techniques with a strategic mindset
- Strong ability to organize, plan, and priorities, adaptable, open to change, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve systems, processes, and methods
- Should have strong communication and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment where flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential.
- Relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
