Khushboo Shah is Associate Director in Indirect Taxation department with the firm. She completed her Graduation in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2011. She has completed two levels of Chartered Financial Analyst from CFA Institute, USA.

She possesses rich experience in the field of Goods and Services Tax and has been associated with various engagements for GST services in various industries primarily in Oil and Gas, Education, Retail, and Testing, Inspection and Certification.

She has extensive experience in providing advisory, compliance and litigation support services, conducting GST Audit, conducting Health Check reviews and Due Diligence reviews and assisting clients in audits conducted by various Authorities. She has advised large number of Indian and multinational clients, across various industries, on indirect tax optimization strategies. She has been representing clients before various Judicial levels.

She has successfully led comprehensive GST implementation projects from impact assessment to transition into GST. She was actively involved in resolving various issues faced by clients at the time of GST transition.
