Karan is a chartered accountant and graduate in commerce with over 11+ years of professional experience in the field of risk assurance and auditing services. His work experience also includes Ind AS Implementation, ICFR implementation, financial reporting and consolidations, accounting advisory, Compliance of IRDAI and National housing Board, Special purpose audit and certification and compliances services.

Karan has developed expertise in executing various large (listed and unlisted) and complex assurance engagements across a range of industries in Insurance sector, financial services, technology, media and entertainment, waste management, healthcare, manufacturing and sector.

Prior to joining Nangia & Co LLP, Karan has worked with member firm of EY and Forvis Mazars for 7+ years.

Karan is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. He has also completed the Certification course in IND AS. In his role on the engagement, Karan is primarily responsible for leading and handling the assurance assignments of various large and complex entities. It’s include managing an engagement, delivering technical support, discussion with management and to ensure conclude reporting and timely deliverable as per the required standards. He has provided invaluable guidance on intricate financial accounting and auditing matters, including Ind-AS, IFC implementation, ERP implementation testing, Group reporting, Limited reviews, Risk management and compliance and data analytics.
