A Chartered Accountant since 2013, she also holds a Master of Legal Studies in Taxation from the University of San Francisco. With more than 11 years of expertise in indirect taxation, she has been advising multinational and domestic clients across diverse sectors, helping them navigate intricate tax matters and ensure regulatory compliance.

Himshweta brings extensive experience in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and indirect taxation, specializing in litigation support, advisory, compliance. She has a strong background in drafting responses to show cause notices, preparing appeals before the Commissioner (Appeals) and handling audits conducted by the Authorities. Her expertise extends to representing clients before various judicial authorities.

She has successfully conducted GST Health Check and due diligence reviews, assisting businesses in identifying and mitigating compliance risks. Additionally, she has guided clients through audits conducted by tax authorities and has substantial experience in managing tax refunds and rebates for exporters under Indirect taxation.
