Ahetesham brings a rich experience spanning 17 years, with a diverse background that includes roles at Deloitte, EY, GT, FICCI, XIX CWG, Delhi, Afro-Asian Games-Hyderabad, and international stints in New York with New York Futsal, as well as with the Real Madrid Foundation in Madrid, Spain.

Ahetesham has played a pivotal role in program management units, overseeing the planning and execution of various sports projects in multiple states, including Jharkhand, Goa, Chhattisgarh, among others. His skill set covers project management, project planning and strategy, project budgeting, project implementation, and team building. He also actively engages in volunteering initiatives.

A former national-level football player, Ahetesham played a significant role in establishing Sports Advisory Practices for Big4 firms in India. His achievements include setting up the Sports Advisory Service Division, managing overall administration, building sports-centric teams, developing business plans for regulatory compliance, and contributing to the preparation of sports policies. He has also been instrumental in designing and planning for the National Sports University.
