Vishnu has extensive experience in developing successful businesses, directing sales, and running businesses in a variety of consulting and implementation fields. He has worked with many government clients in the fields of information technology, system integration, application development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure advisory, smart cities, governance, and skill development, among others. 

Over a professional career spanning 23 years, Vishnu has a wealth of experience developing procurement strategies for numerous government clients. He has managed projects funded by the World Bank, DFID, state governments, and the Government of India in various Indian states, as well as with the Government of Nepal.   

Vishnu has previously worked on flagship programs such as JNNURM, e-District, CCTNS, Smart City Mission, NSDC, etc.
