Sumit is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary (CS), Cost and works accountant (CWA), with over 12 years of diverse experience gained in Deloitte, Grant Thornton, BDO in Business advisory services which has included Assurance, Internal Financial controls, SOP Development, Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Fraud Investigations.
He has worked with Promoters, Board Directors, CXOs, HODs on corporate governance, business risk and operational performance improvement, cost savings and productivity enhancements, Enterprise risk management (ERM), Assurance. He has successfully collaborated with teams and clients in India, Mexico (Latin America), UK, USA, Oman, UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait.
