He has extensive experience in crafting IT & digital strategies for many large banks, insurance companies & financial institutions. He has also spearheaded end to end technology transformation for many large enterprises. Kapil is a PMP, Prince2 Practitioner and TOGAF9 Certified professional with expertise in Business Architecture, IS Architecture, Infrastructure/ Technology Consulting, Pre-Sales and Product Management. Kapil is also adept in handling Product Management activities including, strategizing, scoping, planning, finalization of specifications, IT Architecture, competitive positioning & Vendor Negotiations. A seasoned industry leader, Kapil has the acumen to effect transformational change in large organisations, especially by employing technology as a key enabler. Kapil has been a speaker at different industry events on themes connected with digital transformation, evolving digital trends in banking, the emergence of artificial intelligence & machine learning, and trends in IT during Covid 19, amongst others.
