Ubika Drolia is an Associate Director– Indirect Taxes at Nangia & Co LLP. She has been associated with the firm since 2011. A qualified Chartered Accountant (passed in 2011), Ubika also holds a degree in LL.B and a Master of Legal Studies in Taxation from the University of San Francisco. With over 13 years of experience in Indirect Taxes, she has been assisting both multinational and domestic clients across various industries in resolving complex tax issues.

Ubika’s key competencies include providing advisory, compliance, and litigation support services, structuring of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction/Commissioning contracts, drafting replies to show cause notices and appeals filed before Commissioner (Appeals), and representing clients before various judicial fora. She is also experienced in conducting Health Check reviews and due diligence reviews, assisting clients in audits conducted by various Authorities, and handling tax refund/rebate matters for exporters, BPOs, and EOUs.
