Mr. Rakesh Nangia

Rakesh Nangia is the Founder & Managing Partner of Nangia & Co LLP, one of India’s foremost chartered accountancy and advisory firms. A seasoned tax veteran and recognized thought leader, he has spent four decades shaping the financial and regulatory strategies of Fortune 500 multinationals and leading Indian business houses across a broad spectrum of disciplines including FDI policy, international taxation, cross-border tax structuring & tax policy advocacy.

Rakesh Nangia has been ranked as a ‘Top Tax Leader’ in India by International Tax Review, UK and honoured as the Economic Times Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Year, 2020. He has further been bestowed with the prestigious Professional Icon Award conferred under the distinction of Pride of the Profession by the Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand at an event organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Beyond his entrepreneurial accomplishments, he currently serves as Chairman of the National Council of International Taxes- ASSOCHAM and President of CEO Clubs India – Delhi Chapter, while actively contributing as a member of the Taxation Committees of both FICCI and CII. He has previously served as President of the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of several reputed companies and distinguished organizations.
