Prior to joining Nangia, Rajan held significant roles at esteemed organizations such as The Oberoi Group of Hotels, WHO–UN, and WWF–India.

Rajan has successfully managed the complete process of several IPOs, with notable achievements including oversubscriptions exceeding 500%. He has vast experience in managing CFO responsibilities, including fundraising, IPO management, and public listing.
