Minal is a Chartered Accountant and Graduate in commerce with over 9+ years of professional experience in the field of auditing and risk assurance services across a diverse spectrum of industries including NBFCs, Asset Reconstruction Companies, Telecommunications, Construction & Real Estate, and Information Technology. Her work experience also includes Ind AS Implementation, ICFR implementation, financial reporting, accounting advisory, and compliance services.

Currently serving as a Associate Director at Nangia & Co. LLP (Andersen), leading end-to-end audit engagements for top-tier clients including India’s largest ARC and upper layer listed NBFCs. Specialized in IND-AS implementation, regulatory audits (RBI & NHB), financial consolidations (including group audits).

Proficient in handling capital market assignments such as QIPs, NCDs, and international bond issues.

Adept at managing cross-functional teams (including Chartered Accountants and Articles), driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and SEBI’s LODR Regulations.
