Meenakshi Gupta is Associate Director for International Tax and Transfer Pricing at Nangia & Co. LLP, India office. She possesses rich professional experience of more than 10 years in handling Transfer Pricing matters of domestic and multinational enterprises. Prior to joining Nangia & Co. LLP, she has worked with EY LLP and S. P. Nagrath & Co. in Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing practice.

She has been handling various transfer pricing projects, including Global transfer pricing documentation spanning a number of countries, APAs, representation at the Tax Office at various levels, advisory on cost allocation mechanism/ process, TP diagnostic of existing model, determination of target arm’s length margins for various business models/ transactions, handled litigation with Legal Counsels at the level of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal etc.

She has extensive experience in assisting multi-nationals resolve complex transfer pricing disputes at almost all appellate forums and has also assisted various multi-nationals in resolving disputes through alternate dispute resolution mechanisms, including Safe Harbour, Vivaad Se Vishwas Scheme and APA proceedings. She has been assisting her clients across a wide spectrum of industries like telecommunication, IT/ ITeS, Financial and Investment advisory, Banking, Research and data analysis, Sourcing Support, EPC, Travel, Consumer Products, Aerospace, Manufacturing etc.
