Arnab’s expertise encompasses all types of transactions, including Private Equity (PE) & Venture Capital (VC) fund raises, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Public Market fund raises. He has worked with some of the leading startups in India and helped them with end-to-end deal advisory including investor outreach strategy, deal structuring, term sheet and definitive document negotiations and ultimately ensuring successful deal closure.
Arnab has also helped leading companies in their market entry/exit strategy across various geographies and has been sought after by companies and investors for his advisory expertise on both the sell-side as well as the buy-side.
He has advised companies and investors across multiple geographies including Europe, Africa, Middle East, Japan, Singapore, Korea and Thailand, in addition to India.
In his previous stints, he has worked at senior positions with leading Investment Banks such as ICICI Securities and Daiwa Securities and has also led the Corporate Finance function at Macrotech Developers (Lodha). Arnab started his career with the Telecom vertical at Infosys Technologies.
He has also been on the Limited Partner Advisory Committee (LPAC) of well-known PE funds and on the Board of Directors of companies and his views are sought out by various business journals.
